International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates start at $24.99 and vary based on destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or check your order status by logging into your LuxeNest account.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return Policy

You may return most items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your LuxeNest account and go to "Order History"
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Print your prepaid return label
  4. Pack your item securely with all original packaging
  5. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style. Simply follow the return process and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

We take great care in packaging your orders, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@luxenest.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and Overnight shipping takes 1 business day. International orders typically arrive in 7-14 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Simply log into your account, initiate a return, and print your prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate of $8.99.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@luxenest.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Are your products sustainable?

Sustainability is one of our core values. We partner with manufacturers who prioritize ethical production, use eco-friendly materials when possible, and minimize waste. Many of our products are made from sustainable materials like bamboo, organic cotton, and recycled glass.

Do you have a physical store?

We're currently an online-only retailer, which allows us to offer better prices and a wider selection. However, we occasionally host pop-up events in major cities. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified about upcoming events in your area!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track your package, or log into your LuxeNest account and check your order status under "Order History."

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders. Just select the gift wrap option at checkout and include your personalized message. We'll hand-wrap your items in our signature packaging with a handwritten note.
